I've had a most lousy weekend. We attended one graduation party and then I got a hideous headache promptly joined by an unhappy stomach. I totally missed Sunday. Slept most of the day. I am slowly feeling better. I need a energy injection. I have to get busy getting Ian ready for Costa Rica. Mostly I just want to sleep...

Dale, after reading your last 2 posts, all I can say is No wonder you are tired!!! You are too busy! I hope you have help with all these chores. Your sons are old enought to pack their own bags. Your body is telling you to slow down and take care of yourself! I know you want to take care of your kids and that you do a great job but you have to care for yourself first or else you have nothing left to give. Hope your hubby's knee gets better soon. I know from first hand experience that knee injuries are no fun...I really enjoy your artwork, so beautiful and inspiring. Take care and I am sorry if I sounded like I was lecturing but I had to put in my 2 cents for what's it's worth. Cheers! Ingebird
