Soldered over 50 pendants yesterday & today...

Could someone please come and rub my shoulders? No? I thought not...

Now I have to add charms, beads and various do-dads.

Dead Man's Chest...

Amazingly, it took me nearly all day to decorate these treasure chests for Will's birthday party this coming Wednesday. I aged them with ink, added the locks, skull & crossbones and electrical tape straps. Rats! I need to put handles on the sides! Thank God, I have absolutely nothing else to do!

Sunday evening

What a gorgeous day... which was pleasantly topped off by some sidewalk chalk art by my kids (the 2 bigger boys) and my neighbor's little boys.

This day got away from me. Took the boys to the movies and piddled around the house. It was a beautiful day. We have actually had two days in a row with no rain. After May's 21 days of rain it feels like my own backyard is a resort somewhere tropical. I love sunshine.

The Art & Jazz Fest was a great success! I met so many delightful folks. I enjoyed spending two days with some wonderful artists. The weather gods were unusually kind to us. All in all it was a memorable, fun and profitable weekend. Now I have to get busy making more art... and that's a good thing.
